Project Management
Managing and coordinating communication between the client, contractors and installers. Organizing and prepare production of construction documents and participate in bidding process.
We craft spaces that tell your story with purpose, beauty, and balance.
Design Concept Development
The core of the design process as it combines initial ideas and core design elements together. Working in tandem with the client, we collaboratively develop the original ideas into full concepts through visual references and mood boards.
3D Rendering Drawings
Provide a complete set of 3D conceptual drawings that is representative of the final approved design. This will be the set of drawings that contractors, installers and builders will be able to reference from.
Construction Documentation
During this step, we start to lay out the details of the project into a digital format where we can adjust floor plans and spatial layouts.
furniture Specification
Specification of furniture, fixtures, textiles, accessories, and building materials based on the finalized set of drawings.
Interior Staging
Staging interior space with all decorative elements specified to give overall project a final customized polished finished look. Usually for editorial photoshoots or sets.
