Elan LoSo by Greystar represents a contemporary interpretation of elevated urban living within Charlottes rapidly growing Lower South End district. Designed as a lifestyle-driven multifamily community, the project blends hospitality-inspired interiors with creative communal environments that encourage connection, productivity, and modern city living. The five-story development includes 380 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences centered around curated amenity spaces, retail activation, and community-focused experiences.

The goal was to create an environment that felt grounded yet genuinely alive one that reflected the creative energy of the LoSo neighborhood and gave residents a sense of place from the moment they arrived.

The interior design direction embraces a refined industrial-modern aesthetic softened through warm textures, layered materials, and residential comfort. Throughout the property, the design balances clean architectural geometry with approachable contemporary finishes that reflect the evolving creative culture of LoSo. Rich wood-inspired flooring, quartz countertops, matte black hardware, dual-tone cabinetry, stone vanity surfaces, and semi-frameless glass showers establish a palette that feels sophisticated yet livable. The use of warm oak tones against charcoal finishes and soft neutral textures creates depth while maintaining a cohesive modern identity.
