We package every item using specialized protective materials to ensure your accents arrive safely at your doorstep. In-stock decor typically ships within three to five business days, while bespoke and custom creations require individual crafting lead times before dispatch. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive full tracking details to follow its journey home.

For curated decor items we offer exchanges within six days of receipt.  Each object is inspected for quality before it leaves our hands. Should your piece arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement.
